Florine holds a BA in English from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin and a Master's degree in the culture of English- and Spanish-speaking worlds from the University of Paris Saclay. Following an FEI+ exchange to the United States, she joined the international relations department of the University of Versailles and SKEMA Business School. She joined ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ in 2025 as coordinator of mobility outside Europe.
